I am not sure why is this not repaired so far, because this is core mechanic that should work on this boss (if u dont have enough dps to ignore mechanics). Spawned add from Forces of Nightmares https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=212726 (wowhead link) with most of players nearby should be cleansed by Cenarius ,but this mechanic is not working at all , even if we all stack on mark right under the whisp tree (on the left of Cenarius) ,Malfurion will cleanse Dragon instead . This will result in wipe ,because Whisps are spawned right under our feet and we cant do proper management to kill them. I am certain with this mechanic ,because i did this boss many times before (link to my armory on retail - https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/drakthul/winterhorn ).

Ps: MOST of the players - so even 60% of raid nearby have to spawn that ADD they want . ( you cant expect to be all there cause of Sisters spread mechanics and brambles)

Confirming this, Yet if you do it right u can ignore the sisters to be spawn and dragons will not be cleansed. You will have only dragns and trees in the encounter. Make sure the tank soaks the sisters for like 3-4 seconds till the tiny butterflies dissapear. then return back to the original spot to pick up the dragons.

Speaking of your cleaning whisps, Make sure your party is not literally hugging the wall, stay like 10 yards away from the wall inside the circle of the spawning whisps. you can't miss it. If you don't stand in it like with the sisters the whisps wont be cleansed and the nearest one will be (aka dragons)

Unless any problems appeared in the meantime, the mechanic worked just fine, the pool was put on a random player, therefore, stacking in the beginning or before any pools are laid down would grant you a pool to cleanse whatever set of adds you wish. Will re-test and come with feedback.
