Need this Item for the quest Eye of Azshara: The Depraved Nightfallen. It should have a drop chance of 100% bcs it is a proffession quest. Here it is only 30%. On Wowhead you see on the comments thats it is a first drop chance "You have to join a group to Eye of Azshara instance (any difficulty except mythic+ is ok), where you need to defeat Wrath of Azshara - final boss of EoA. Do not forget to loot Heart of the Storm, or you'll have to do another full run."
Did it now 3 - 4 Times in a row on normal mode but no drop.
