[DUPLICATE] Demonsteel Stirrups doesnt work should allow gathering of Herbs/Mining/Etc while mounted.

Bug description: Doesnt work as intended it should let you gather stuff while mounted(mining,etc) and it doesnt, you do get dismounted when trying.
