Bug description: The legendary bracers are not working at all, as u can see in the video below I ve even tried them with legendary shoulders and vampiric blood active and ossuary talent. Even tough I healed for more than 10% of my HP my death strike didn t refund any runic power, since it costed 40 runic power I should've get back around 3-4 runic power I m not exactly sure.
