[FIXED] [Death knight][Blood] Purgatory

Bug description: If a dk gets into purgatory and he is healed back from it, but the purgatory debuff(3 sec) is still on you and you take a fatal damage with your purgatory on you will die. You should be immune to death for the duration of purgatory and if you still have absorbtion healing on you. Also the debuff(4 min) should be reseted after you die.
Proof: I didn't find a proper video of this problem but it seems like when you are healed above your 1 HP when you have the purgatory debuff (3 sec) , the debuff will simply dissaper, when it should be active for 3 sec no matter what.

on the 16:33 you will see the 3 sec debuff when it lasts even though you are healed through your purgatory
