Bug description: mirmiron should give this http://www.wowhead.com/quest=43370/a-new-invention and after completion it should reward https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=138393&name=essence-swapper ,but the npc doesnt start any quest
Proof: cant give proof but u can easily check with npc form hunter class hal

It's part of the hunter class hall campaign. It's currently not scripted, but they said they are working on them.

This was already discussed somewhere, can't find the post. Essence swapper is part of the campaign questline and will be added when all of them will be implemented.
