Bug description:The tooltip of this spell says "increasing the effects of Serendipity by 200%" however on freakz, it's behaving as such: increasing the effects of Serendipity TO 200%
Proof: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=63733&&name=serendipity's baseline reduction is 6 seconds. 200% of 6 is 12. 12 + 6 is 18. Which means each cast should reduce the cooldown of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=34861&&name=holy-word-sanctify by 18 seconds.
However in the video you can see that it's reducing it by 12 seconds.
Which justifies what I said before, it's increasing the effect TO 200% instead of by 200%.

The effects should stack I believe, resulting in a final reduction of 24 seconds.
