Bug description: Spell shouldnt give bigger speed against spells such as charge, flying serpent kick, Fel Rush, etc. Should work only against speed increase. It doesnt work like that all the time, but happens very offen

I cant find any, but isnt it obvious? " you match their movement speed" and those spells dont increase movement speed but they are helping to rush in some place, they dont increase your speed.

I know that this is a bug, but posting actual proof would be desirable.
Just posting a bug and saying isnt it obviouse is a big reject.
