[Mage] Ice Block vs Fel Bonds (Gul'Dan)

Bug description: Ice Block correctly removes the Empowered Fel bonds debuff @ Gul'dan, but doesn't remove the dmg after you move away, so after you deactivate Ice Block or wait for it to end and you move away, you'll still get hit as if you were still tethered.
When Ice Block removes the Fel bonds debuff, it should also detonate it. So you can be free to run, after the iceblock ends.

Ice block should NOT remove Empowered Bonds of Fel, only thing u could do on retail with ice block was to make blick ice block macro. And this is not the only ice block problem, ice block removes almost every debuff in nighthold and it should not remove them, i can make u a list if u want.

I apologise, was wrong on this one, This can be moved to Low Priority I guess, since it doesn't affect that much. Debuff disappears, it shouldn't, that's about it.
Apparently, Iceblock shouldn't even remove the debuff, you instead use a Shimmer+IB macro so that it'll break the bonds.

I am not sure its that inconsequential as u make it. Considering that u can ice block almost every debuff there is. Is this ice block problem only or is every immunity doing this, i dont know. But u should look at it, cuz its not just nh problem it will reflect in tos also...

Confirmed.

Bond of Fel continues damaging, even if the debuff is removed through Ice Block, on all difficulties. You can see it in the videos below.
The debuff shouldn't get removed by Ice Block and continue damaging unless the player moves out of the circle.
