Bug description: Tested the spell, it casts Infernal Eruption aproximately every 15 seconds every time. Can be tested easily.
Proof:

So, what is the actual bug?

After the first one it should cast it every 25 sec, it casts every 15.

Fixed, actually it should be casted 19.5 seconds after the combat starts and every 32 seconds afterwards.
