Hello, my question is simple ... I have a character on WoWfreakz MoP, and I created it a long time ago before it was "Instant 90". So I want to ask if I can apply for Migration to the Legion. Thank you very much for your answer

In order to benefit from migration you must be a new player, or an old player that hasn't played since 2 years ago. So, probably not. You can read more info about it here
