Vote Shop - Transmog Gears (Hexweave Bag)

About Hexweave Bags.. So I was just doing a mythic 0 run and the server crashed. Waited for a minute or two to get the server back up and running again. I logged in and to my surprise, my Hexweave Bag from the vote shop just got replaced with a Dusty Bag (6 slots). Out of curiousity, I opened a ticket in-game. I got a reply minutes after (didn't even reach like half an hour) and yes, as the vote shop Transmog Gears warning is, non-replaceable and non-refundable. I'm just disappointed.

First, hexweave bag ain't really transmog'able in the first place. There might be a reason it is placed/categorized as one.
Second, I don't any have idea that such thing could REALLY happen so I just bought it. Never in my 6 years of playing WoW from server to server did something happened like an equipped bag got replaced by a dusty bag.
Third, it is really not that problem-causing to refund or replace a "bag" from the vote shop by any case.
--It is soulbound and it wouldn't cause either inflation or deflation.
--It wouldn't cause really do anything to auction house.
--It could deter people from buying lesser bag slots from the auction house but people don't get 52 vote points in a day. I personally even just got one.
--Not also a way for people to convert vote points into in-game gold.
Fourth, it is not just one toon. All. Yes, you read it right. ALL of my toons with Hexweave bag. All of my hexweave bags got replaced with Dusty Bag. One bag is not much but more than one. That's what triggered my disappointment.
Lastly, it is really inconvenient and my votes just went to sink in that case.

So, suggestion would be: Either.. remove the hexweave bag and other bags from the transmog gears tab and place it along with the 36 slot bag. Please. Or, you guys could also just plainly remove it. I'm really disappointed since I could vote once only a day, only a few times I could vote twice in a day.

Sidenote: I'm not posting this just to attract attention or get a refund/replacement, really. I would just like to let the staff know and get it done with. Well, a refund or replacement would also be appreciated if they'd really would just do. (Since 36 slot bag for a hundred of points is sorta that much of points I couldn't get real quick)

Next time when you see something suspicious, report it instead of abusing it. We won't refund any vote points.
