Bug description: I just noticed that the proc delay between another brain freeze proc is gone It was working just fine before but not anymore. I think the last fix for spell queue for ebonbolt and flurry has to do something with this.

Whenever I cast an ebonbolt while having a brain freeze proc already I lose my old brain freeze proc.

I am the guy who reported the spellque on ebonbolt with flurry.

This is pretty much confirmed but I want to add that the spellque doesn't feel as smooth as it should be resulting in sometimes the ebonbolt not shattering even at 20 yards from the target.

Should I open another report? Seems these things are related.
