How Should Works In 7.1.5 :
Increases your Physical damage by 50%, you become immune to all stun, snare and root effects and you heal up to 3 nearest allies for 200% of all damage done. Lasts 15 seconds.
Bug description:
Way of the Crane doing damage make monk immune to stun,snare and root effects correctly but it doesnt heal monk or allies.
How to Reproduce:
choose way of crane pvp talent then start to dpsing another player with principle of war buff at 50% HP , then u will see damage done doesnt heal you.
for example my partner done 1m damage during 15sec of way of crane . he didnt recieve any heals.
Proof: just take the talent and test it.

It works properly. However I made sure it heals the closest allies not random ones in 100 yards AoE (probably why you thought your partner didn't get heals)
