Bug description: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Mage-Frost-Ebon-bolt-brain-freeze-spellque-t526693.html this is not a bug there is supposed to have small gap between getting the proc and using it if u spam flurry hard enough u will be able to cast it then cast it again from brain freeze proc.

u can see it in here that there is a small gap between getting procs in this case he casts it from brain freeze that he got from frostbolt and then casts flurry from ebonbolt proc as well, also u can cast flurry without that proc and then u would get proc from ebonbolt and shoot it twice as well.

It works as it should work. There isn't supposed to be a delay when gaining Brain Freeze, only when you already had it prior to proccing. Which works as intended.
