Race Change issues

I have gotten a Race Change from the in-game store. But once trying to change my race from Male-Troll to Male-Tauren it gives me an error message saying "Can't change race from character"

I did not change the name

I have tried changing appearances.

Male,female,customs. Yet nothing seems to allow me to change race.
Even though it is not my first time doing this.

I'm sorry to bother with this small issue. After a long wait, I was wondering perhaps it would be easier to remove my Race Change and force it upon me, like how it works on the website?
