Bug description: After the mage blinks he has 100% chance to miss every spell, but if he is casting then blinks he can get kicked we tried this with hunter and mage

Rejected.

Tested interrupts and a wide variety of other spells. A mage with the Prismatic Cloak buff does not get hit by anything.
