Repair "Low Drop Rate" quests

This is just one of the examples:

Legion Tailoring quest "Lining Them Up".
Requirement is to kill some bears and collect 15 Bear Fur.
For that you have to kill roughly 120 bears.
WHY ???
Freakz use slogan "Evolution of WoW", but on the other hand keeps stagnation/devolution at the level from 25 years ago.
At that time some people were tolerating grinding easily, but that went obsolete 20 years ago.
Sugarcoat grinding into collecting quest items "hard" to get especially has no purpose here, where there's no reason to waste player's time and subscription money.
At the moment when you are already max level?

Freakz aren't Blizzard (and thank God they aren't).
Why not make the game more enjoyable here?
Do you really think that "no need to pay monthly" is enough of an advantage?

If there is a problem with drop rates make a bug report in the proper section with wowhead proof.

And if it is low would be adjusted accordingly
