Bug description: No eagle is coming when the player drops bellow 40%. An eagle should come to aid regardless of the reason why the player is bellow 40% life (open world combat, PvP combat, Battlegrounds, Arenas, Falling damage, Dungeons & raids, Mythic keystones...).

Proof: I could make a few screenshots but this feature can be tracked easily.
