Gothic the harvester doesnt come down to fight, Saphiron never appears in his zone, does not let the achievement raid complete

Gothik follows the same retail script KT does, he takes 4 minutes and 30 seconds to start phase 2. The adds don't spawn in phase 1 but I assure you if you wait for 4m30s he will come down.

Saph is confirmed as not spawning, though.
