[FIXED] [Hunter] Camouflage vs Mark of the Distant Army Neck Enchant

Bug description: When you use Camouflage you get healed every second which supposedly activates the neck enchant. Not only this but, as you can see on the screenshot, the effect of the enchant in that situation actually damages YOU. For some reason it doesn't break your Camouflage but still does damage to the caster and that's not the idea, is it...

I wouldn't know if that's a problem with the Camouflage spell or with the neck enchant but I guess whoever deals with this can simply move this topic wherever it belongs.

UPDATE: I just noticed that the neck enchant also procs from the healing effects of my Exhilaration and Survivalist passive too. I guess it's a problem with the enchant.
