Boon of the Bloodhunter after recent fix

Bug description: You cant loot from time to time all Bloodhunter's Quarry even u have enchanted shoulder with this buff
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/pPb9AFt U can see after clicking this item loot window close up and i didnt get my Bloodhunter Quarry
Edit: After looting 1 Bloodhunter's Quarry I got this bug but anyways i should loot them.

You can only loot a bag once every 30 minutes.

It's a general issue with group loot for boon bags drops, no ETA fix yet
