Bug description: Sometimes. after a wipe or some bosses, while in raid(it happen in dungeons too) Winter's Chill second ice lance doesn't extend Icy Veins. It doesn't happen often but very annoy when it occur.

Proof: Sorry but i can't record a video to proof it because i have a pc with very low performance(I tried to record but it drop me on 10 fps and it doesn't show this issue in a clear way). I verified it several times before report it.

I can't see how wipes affect Double Ice Lancing. Could it be that second time you were a bit further away and didn't have enough haste to squeeze it in?

Edit: I need a bit more info on this, gimme something to work with please.

Hello, in these days i tried to make a video but i really can't do it. About haste, yes i did it with more than 50%, i thought what you said now too before report it.
Anyway if you're saying me that you tested it a lot of times without getting this issue, i can only think it's because my

pc have fps drop during encounter with a lot of effects(Krosus, Chronomatic). However, i tried it while burst phase everytime, and i noticed this issue while fighting Trilliax

where i can play without fps drop.

Currently, quicksand's testing out this bug, this might be the correct bug, cause I cannot see how wiping would affect double Icelancing.

Yes you're right, maybe the reason isn't wipe(that seem strange for me too). Anyway, since read that topic, i have discovered usefull features in combat log settings. If you want i could delete this post for now and if i will meet the same problem with, i will open a new one with screenshots about combat log details
