Is there any punishment for people who deliberately deplete other's keys? There are consequences for leaving rhc or bgs (desterer buff), is there anything for leaving m+ key? If not, would it be possible to implement such feature?

Why would we do such a thing? There is always a risk with taking pugs on keystones.

I understand it is pretty annoying when you have a pretty good key with nice affixes and the tank leaves for example, but who knows something happened there and he cannot come back
Implementing something for a thing that happens on retail too, this will not happen.
