Suggestion about artifacts weapons

Hello

I want to suggest an npc that gives the artifact weapons, at least the ones that the campaing is not implemented full, i saw that in another server and it may help on here. I was playing monk until yesterday i realized that i could only choose mistweaver as artifact and the other two roles were not implemented, so i may quit for now until i see that fix.
