Bug description: These items should drop at a certain ilvl based off of your ilvl and actual level then have a chance to WF/TF but currently they all drop at ilvl 810. For example if you were level 99 and had one drop they would be ilvl746 https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/blackrock/ng%C3%B8th (Armory shows level 101 on the items as default, as you can see the character is level 99)

If you were level 110 they would drop at 810 + ilvl scaling, the same as how WQs work. 810+ = 820, 820+ = 830 and so on. For Example,

Confirmed, Most of these do scale with Ilvl as stated in most of their comments, but here they can only titanforge instead of scale+ a chance to titanforge.

This is false. Even though they will show up as 810 rewards on your map, when you complete the WQ you will get the correct iLvl reward in 100% of the cases.

As you can see, my rewards are 855+, but that boots due to being BoE it shows up on my map as 810+ reward. But when I complete it, I get it as 855+
