New to WoW, new to the server

i went for the x12 setting for my exp to lvl faster but have 0 idea where to go, is there a alliance leveling guide? i found a leveling guide but its for horde.

i tried installing addons but failed

what should a noob buy from vote shop?

From level 14 you can use the adventure guide shift + j

Depends really, you are on a server with super high leveling ratings: 1-90 x10, 90-100 x5, 100-110 x3
Leveling from 1-90 isn't that hard, basically stay in the zone untill the quest turn gray, and go to the next zone
Your first 3 mounts will be free, lvl 20,40 and 60
Downloading addons goes like this: Download the zip, place the zip in Interface > Addons > and extract it there, folders will apear, do not do anything else. Close wow incase you did it when wow was on
Well, You can buy whatever you want from the vote shop I'd go for heirlooms to help myself leveling

about the adventure guide, are those maps race bound lore wise? if it is, which race is from what place?

upon extracting the zip file i had to open the folder then copy its content to the AddOns folder and it worked

still undecided what to do with vote points, do i go full set of heirlooms or just the weapon?

No, you will be voting for 1 piece each, for example: 20vp = 1 chest piece
Adventure guides are zone bound not race bound

i see, do i buy the weapon only or get all armors and accessories?

edit: just gave adventure guide a shot, it looks like not all of them are doable since it some of them are on the horde side of the map

A very common trend that people do is just buy the weapon and save the gold/vote points. Buying just the weapon allows you to one shot almost everything and the gear really isn't needed at that point, you level up fast, and the mobs don't do much to you. Don't forget the heirlooms have a level cap, when you hit 60 on an un-upgraded heirloom it will stop leveling with you, just buy the upgrade that increases the cap to 90, after that it's not really needed.

All the flight points are unlocked, this allows you to easily travel throughout Kalimdor, and the Eastern Kingdoms. If you need to bounce to the other, head to booty bay and take the portal to Kalimdor, then just take the flight path to the desired location. If you don't know where a location is, you can click the arrow button in the map tab and it will drop down all of the places in Eastern Kingdoms/Kalimdor it's alphabetical also if I'm not mistaken.

I heavily recommend you to go to Tanaris when you can, the arena there gives you roughly 140k xp and there's 4 quests for that arena. Good luck.
