So I looted the hidden appearance for my Death Knight

I never saw the chest on my paladin only. I also saw bug reports with it. I have proof on my dk. If I don't see the chest I can't loot it either.
Now it's not available to me anymore. I've passed that chapter long ago in suramar questline. Is there any other way to get it?

I never saw the chest on my paladin. I did however on my dk and I have the appearance. I know exactly where to look. For some reason chest didn't appear. And now I can't get it anymore. I've passed that particular phase in the suramar questline sometime ago. Any other way to get it? I made a ticket was asked to make a request.

You need to complete till the latest suramar chapter to see the chest again.
