Details: I am unable to finish the quest Powering the Portal (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=42049&name=powering-the-portal) for druid class hall campaign because I failed some missions and collected only 4/10 Shards of Nightmare. Unfortunately I am not getting new missions to collect more Shards of Nature. Could you please help me?

You have to cancel the quest and re-take it. Check the number of shards available in the mission quests. If it is less than 10, repeat the cancelling and re-taking until it is 10. From now on, if you fail a mission, you will instantly be able to retry it (this was not true earlier, which is why you have the bug). Freakz will not reimburse lost progress due to the prior bug.
