problem with "to tame the beast" quest

Hi everyone,

I'm stuck with class campaign progression due to this quest "to tame the beast". Nothing spawning as i tried about 3 days along. Is there a specific location to make the beast spawning ?
I saw that about 400 ppl have done the quest, so i guess i do something wrong but can't see what.

Read the objectives, you need to use it in a specific location to spawn the npc

I of course am at felbeast den when trying it, but even roaming all this area, nothing spawning.

while near that area damage one of the Manastalkers slowly when below 50% HP you will get an extra action button use it to capture the npc

That was because of this video, it worked but directly taming manastalkers as no felhound fieldgling spawns.

This was already said in the forum regarding class hall bugs.
