DK class hall campaign bugged

Hello,

So, i started doing the dk class hall campaign and i keep having troubles.
First when i tried to do the first quest, Neltharion's Lair: Braid of the Underking, the quest item did not drop neither as raid, neither as party, N, HC, M0, M+ but i finally got the quest item after i made a post on forum at a Gm suggestion.
At second quest, Darkheart Thicket: The Nightmare Lash, i have the exact same problem.
Do i do something wrong or are the quests bugged ? What should i do ?

I soloed all the instances on normal and had no issues looting the quest items

Completed the whole chain the 2nd day before the fix...no bugs found..so it may be that u're doin something wrong
