Bug description: is random target 2sec cd and just hit 400-450K to player but it traget tank and chanel for 4Milion

Wrong assumption...It's a channeled spell lasting 6 sec with periodically (250 ms -> 24 times during the 6 sec) triggered damage (400k / 250ms). In order to survive you should interrupt Soultrapper Mevra before she starts to channel.
