Bug description: You're only supposed to get Mark of Shifting as a Resto Druid but if you spec as Resto, turn into any form and then swap your spec and turn into anything again ASAP (Don't stay human) you will keep the buff aslong as you don't spend 3+ seconds in human, essentially just free healing.
