Broken Isles Pathfinder mount speed for DK

it says that it got fixed on https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Broken-Isles-Pathfinder-mount-speed-t528784.html but its still bug for Death knight

Bug description: dk has 20% passive for mount speed and when you get this achivment it should increace it to more than 220% ( i think it should stack to 240% ) but its still 220% i dont know if its fixed for other classes but its still bug for dk

i think there should be same issue with paladin but cant confirm , i dont have a pala
and yes it stacks on blizz actually they released a fix for this issue :

Seems not to work on my DH as well, it was 220% before and now it's the same.
