Bug description: The quest [Just Following Orders] cannot be returned to the oracle.The 1st link shows the murloc with no question mark showing the quest cannot be returned.And the 2nd link shows where the question mark is on the map and the oracle isn't there.

I hope they fix this one soon ..... because it's needed to get sholazzar basin reps to exalted and get the green proto-drake mount
