Does this hidden artifact appearance event work normaly? I can't find some NPC with "heads", exactly in the Valshara.
NEW INFORMATION:
I spend 5 hours for farming this heads and loot only one. In accordiance with information from wowhead i got correct head from correct NPC and other heads cant be looted from its! This heads should be looted from other NPCs from other locations. But not a single one stands is in the right place.
In accordiance your base information I can loot all of quest heads from the same NPC but its wrong. I can show links to NPCs who are not exist if needed.
Will this problem be fixed?

If you are doing everything just like wowhead said, just report bug

How long have you been doing this? I again spend more than an hour (more than 100 eredar soul mages) and no one head with 13% chance for drop...
