Why would you set it on fixed when it's not?

So far, unfortunately I didn't see any other message than 208. I'm not sure, but it might be something latency related - I feel like I was getting more of those messages when I was playing on unstable, laggy connection. Still, it might be only the coincidence as I get it sometimes also on very good connection.

The talent works most of the time , but there are times when certain classes/bosses doesnt trigger the passive, for example encha shamans.

I didn't used any bub, I was not interrupted and yet the bubble didn't proc.

So, I tested some of this reported issues:

It procced in each situation you mentioned, I didn't test cordana and conflexive burst but i am sure it works there too.
The reason seems to be something different and not the spell itself which kills you.
It's something like a buff you have or some effect on you which prevents the procc (like the former bug with divine steed blocking it).

I can't really find the reason, maybe screen from ur combat log on death or buffs on you before u died would be nice.

If you look carefully you will notice that I always die while the Echo of the Highlord is active.
Also in the 2nd half of the video I am waiting for the divine purpose procc and then cast templar's verdict which summons the trait. Suddenly bubble disappears from my buffs and I die (also cooldown is reset on divine shield).
The reason is therefore clear, Echo of the Highlord attacks prevent divine purpose bubble to stay active (resets it)

Additional this does also apply to the normal divine shield, which also gets kinda "reset" if echo weapon attacks:

Echo of the Highlord resets divine shield exactly on casting the templar's verdict copy.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Some dev told me that it didn't procc in my cases due to the boss reseting. So all my proof here is kinda useless
Still I am not completely satisfied and you are free to open a new topic with screen/video proof so we can properly debug this.
Things i can assume by looking at you screens:
- https://imgur.com/a/dG4ZnZx overflowing affix, maybe the healing absorb bugged out and you simply died. Looking at combat log it shows divine intervention procc as healing done.
- https://imgur.com/a/XtqDxvb Maybe somone pulled and reset aluriel while you did trash there and had same reason dying as my video with augur.
- https://imgur.com/inMEbXh Tried to debug this too vs a dk but couldn't find something. It could relate to healing absorb done by necrotic strike (like ov affix mentioned above).
