[REJECTED] Bug Helya Trial Of Valor LFR

Bug description:
During Trial Of Valor LFR mode, Helya vanished after her dead, and no Achievement gained.
I checked in game and on my character's profile on Freakz' Forum and I haven't that kill on Helya.
She gave us some loots (message on video), but in a second loot is cancelled and lost, I haven't in bags and mail,I checked a lot of time but I haven't got.
Some players can confirm this bug, because for all players Boss is vanished and drop are lost, I don't know if someone has already opened a ticket like this but I searched on database and I don't find a similar,so, I open now for all players would like to confirm this.
I hope this bug can be fixed soon to avoid to spend a lot of time to kill a boss and lost the Achievement!
I also hope all players have lost some pieces of equipment can have back again.
