Bug description: Its impossible to play a pandaren at horde, because this quest is not completeable. Grommash starts to walk with you, then he just disappears.
Proof: No one compeleted that quest in realm, and i didnt see any high level horde pandarens.

There are over 100 level 110 pandaren on the horde and alliance side, simply relog after you are in orgrimar and your side will be chosen, the race itself is not bugged.
