Item Name & ID:Shoulders of the Iron Conqueror(120246) AND Essence of the Iron Conqueror (119319)

Details: (optional) I've done BWL mythic, won the token which starts the quest where you chose which set item you want. I chose Shoulders, as i used it the item just disapeared. I still have in by bags the start-quest token but it will not re-start it since it says "you have completed this quest". I saw a reqest exacly the same as this one. i have a screen of chat where you can see that i recieve the shoulder token, but after using it chat was dead with the actuall item.
I also add a screen where you can see me spamming on the quest item

Resent the tokens, wait for them to be fixed
