Can you add the [Warforged Nightmare] mount to the vote shop?

I bought the toy [Nightmarish Hitching Post] from the vote shop but to learn the toy u already need the mount [Warforged Nightmare] which is a shop mount you buy with real money on retail. Could you add the mount to vote shop since there is no other way to obtain it.
