ms problem for some countries

Hi,
I have been seeing people Ingame complaining about slight lags,delays and high ms ( i am included in those people ).
Tho its not a problem for all but for few.

Personally i have tried everything including buying new router,modem,screaming on my ISP,redownloading the entire game,searching for malwares,spywares and viruses.
Nothing helped me.The only thing i want to know is when will these lags go away so i can play peacefully without rubberbanding in bgs.

Cant play pvp its annoying to spam burst and wait for it to burst xD
Delayssssssssssss.....

When will it be fixed ?
I think its with players who are far from the server but this didnt happend 2 week ago 120 home/world and it didnt go higher 0 lags 0 delays

Alright so i did a bg to check my ms and it happend again its like a chain reaction as soon as my world ms increases home ms follows from 140 to 600
and then i got the launcher error while i was using the launcher
