Bug description: nbc can dictate rogue stealth from far when this shouldn't happen nbc should dictate only when its really close him to him like pass throw them

Stelth works perfectly fine, tested on both dev and live realms, mobs only see you when you get 2Y infront of them or if they patrol and trun around.
