PVP 3 people spamming inactive vote kick randomly almost everysingle bg.

Bug description: I was healing during a BG and a random person started spamming ( Kick cetix he is afk !!) obviously i was not afk and i was in middle of a battle where we were trying to protect one of the bases. Somehow people just believed this person and i got kicked out without a notification saying ( Damage or kill a player in 1 minutes otherwise you get marked as inactive and get kicked etc etc) I was given a 15 minutes cool down for no reason at all. The issue here is that overall if you think about it people like in premades can kick you out whenever they want to and yes this did happen to me a few times in the past and i got to the point where i felt like reporting it because it is unfair towards the player being kicked for no actual reason. Im not blaming anyone here but im looking for a solution because i dont think the 3 people vote kick system is good enough. My idea is that you could make it so if they afk more than 1 minutes or whatever time you want it to be then they will get a few seconds warning then instantly kicked which i think is a fair way of doing it but obviously this is only my opinion.
Proof: I dont really know what proof i can give here. I did have a group with me and they can backup my point if needed since they saw that i was kicked out during the battleground.
