Lag on boss fight

Hello this is my first post here on the forum this does not seem to be like most other servers with inactivated forums going to the point of help whenever I go into raids to fight with the bosses in the fight ms goes up a lot in the bosses just cleaning the previous mobs are all normal as the server is focused on the PVE someone would know a solution? Thank you in advance and I wish you a good game.

I live in Brazil I'm not very good with English so I used google translator I hope they get it. Thank you in advance.
