Bug description: Stratholme's Dungeon Achievement Can not Be Reached Since the NPC Calling "Balnazzar" Does Not Appear in the Dungeon and So Can not Be Defeated. NPC Balnazzar: https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=10813&name=balnazzar

weirdly if u .info it,it shows thats lots of ppl managed to kill and get the achivement,but i couldnt do it too,tried it several times,yet no way to get it,surly it wont be hard for u guys to take a quick look and fix it,so plz do it
