Details: Ive recently bought "Darnassus Banner" toy from within the shop, but i wasnt able to use it.
I wanted to know if the item in question is either bugged or Casted spell isnt allowed by players, in that case i was wondering if it was possible to either trade
it for a same value toy or get my credits refunded.
