Bug description: The Champion`s seal trader should trade seals that go into your bags instead onto currency he should have a quest available to turn the Seals in for currency seals he has a silver marksign above but doesn't trade or react

quests are also bugged and seals we get are also bugged, now i can only get 3 seals per day, and i need 1500 seals total for all mounts and toys there, except for battle pets,

Bump would be nice if it's fixed , seems to me a minor fix , for me , i have 57 seals to convert

I found a really important thing, this bug is only there for level 90+ players. Lowbies can do this quest. level 80-90 people can do this, this should be fixed, now i have more than 50 seals in bag
