Any Update? I'd like to get the Green Proto Drake, but can't while this is bugged.

Same Issue. Able to Talk to the injured. but all they say is "<The Injured Rainspeaker Oracle groans in pain.>". I can kill the croc and the Frenzyheart guys freaks out. but then i'm not able to turn in the quest.

The same issue here, it would be nice if there is some way to just skip the quest, or put it in work.
