Proof: Can't get a proof

When you use the Billy Goat Blaster (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=62397&&name=billy-goat-blaster) or the Billy Goat Blaster DX (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=65898&&name=billy-goat-blaster-dx) the objective of the achievement is not counted

I saw on the MoP Server, this bug was fixed : https://forum.wow-freakz.com/LIST-Bugged-Achievements-t359068.html ([FIXED] Ready, Set, Goat! )

Confirmed. Tested it on ptr and it's not working on Legion.
